No matter how much water you drink or what kind of water you drink – you can still have a headache if you do not drink enough water before the exercise. Ensure to drink 300 ML of water at least 45 minutes before the exercise

During Exercise

During exercise make sure you stay hydrated. During your work out you will sweat a lot, the water you drank before your workout will be lost. So, you need to make sure that you drink about 8 ounces of water for every 10 minutes that you workout. You need not to stop your exercise every 10 minutes and drink water; whenever you take a break have some water. Also keep in mind that you don’t take too much of water in one gulp and also avoid taking too much of water in single break. It’s good to take cold water throughout your exercise routine, because cold water is absorbed more quickly into your system than warm water or room temperature water. This is the most effective way to drink water during exercise.

After Exercise

After you finish your working out, you have to drink plenty of water. Workouts would have dehydrated the systems. To replenish the level of water you lost in your body, you need to drink plenty of water.
